一直怕数字怕麻烦的自己对于经济知识是又爱又恨，爱它可以让自己的荷包鼓鼓 恨它是因为会让脑袋疼疼。
第一次接触楼市是07年一个偶然的机会，那时根本没有概念，每天安逸的生活在父母的关怀下。总觉得物价、房产这些东东离自己很远，一直都不太关注。可是因为工作和实际的需要，开始不得不面对这一现实问题。
刚开始接触心中只有一个字-恨。 恨自己早两年都做什么去了~ 当初的小农村如今已是光谷高新开发区，看着房价嗖嗖的往上那个涨啊…
第一次买房又因为个中缘由卖房的这个过程就不多说了，反正最后小女子是小小掘到了自己的第一桶金。虽然是尝到了甜头，可这全是无心插柳，毕竟不是专业，而且耗尽心力，从这以后也就收山了…
回想这两年，中间也曾断断续续的过问过楼市，可都因为种种原因放弃。每每稍微关注一下时都不得不叹息这价涨得不是一点的快。
这不，两会刚结束，心想这么热门的话题政府多少得有点控制吧！每天大报小报的说着如何如何抑制，没想到的是，这越开越涨啊，最近这房价涨得实在是看不过眼了。还让不让普通老百姓活了！
现在这北京租售比已超越了美国纽约曼哈顿，在22个城市中名列第一，直逼日本东京历史上的最高位。仿佛一夜之间，房价在高位上继续狂飙。最可怕的，是很多楼盘的疯涨，根本找不到理由。就如房产中介人士所称：“清明节前后，你做梦的时候房价都在涨。”
哎~ 受苦受难的都是这普通百姓，关于这房价的升降关系政府、中央财政、文化心理等等问题，也不是我这一弱小女子三言两语能够分析得透彻的，就是觉得不吐不快 憋死了！
